Sustainability is one of the core values driving HP. It’s not just about the sustainability and innovation of products, but also about better care for people, society, and the environment. When your partners work with HP devices and solutions, they can be sure they are using sustainable IT products. Below, you’ll discover some of the key pillars on which HP’s sustainability initiatives are built, and how you can be a part of them.
Practical and immediate action to make your clients’ technology more sustainable? Get to know the HP Planet Partners program.
The program offers a unique closed-loop lifecycle for all LaserJet toners and nearly every ink cartridge. When you and your client participate in the HP Planet Partners Program, used cartridges can be returned to HP free of charge, where they are responsibly recycled. This has already resulted in over a quarter million kilograms of plastic waste—potentially destined for the oceans—being recycled into new HP supplies. Want to learn more and raise awareness with your client about the sustainable benefits? You can find more information in the brochure, available for download via the button below.
Without even noticing, you may already be holding a sustainable HP device. Through innovative developments in the manufacturing process, HP has managed to produce over 300 new devices, such as notebooks and printers, using recycled plastic. This ‘ocean-bound plastic,’ which would have otherwise ended up in the sea, has been used in products like the HP Pavilion and HP Elite Dragonfly notebooks, as well as the HP ENVY Inspire printer.
These sustainable initiatives from HP give IT solutions that have reached the end of their regular lifecycle a second chance. How great is it to not only help your partner sustainably recycle devices but also provide them with a high-quality device that has a meaningful story behind it?
