Office Servers
While Microsoft 365 suites continue to be the best choice for delivering value to our customers due to their outstanding performance, scalability, and security, we recognize the critical ongoing need for on-premises deployments in certain customer environments. In our continued commitment to supporting these customers, Microsoft is introducing several licensing and pricing changes to our on-premises Office server products.
In July 2025, Microsoft made generally available Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) and Skype for Business Server Subscription Edition (SE). These are the first new versions of these products since 2019. To support maintenance and update activities for Microsoft’s on-premises Office server products, prices of SharePoint Server, Exchange Server, and Skype for Business Server were increased by 10%
across most commercial channels in July 2025, and will apply to the SPLA channel effective January 1, 2026 (subject to rounding and any subsequent fx adjustments).

Dynamics
As previously announced, license fees for full users on Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics on-premises subscriptions (including Dynamics 365 Business Central on-premises, Dynamics GP, and Dynamics NAV) are increasing in Q4 CY 2025. For improved alignment across channels and deployment topologies, effective January 1, 2026, prices of equivalent/similar SKUs through the SPLA channel will increase by 10% (adjusted for rounding and fx adjustments, if any). SPLA pricing of Dynamics AX will remain unchanged on January 1, 2026 (subject to fx adjustments, if any).
