Climbing the Copilot Mountain: How we help you turn AI vision into action

Standing at the foot of the Copilot mountain is a familiar sight for many partners.
A landscape full of opportunity, combined with complexity. Questions about strategy, adoption, sales activation, governance, change and delivery often form the fog that keeps the summit out of view. Many partners recognize Copilot’s potential, yet few know how to turn it into real business growth.

At TD SYNNEX, we saw the same patterns returning across our ecosystem:

  • No unified GenAI or Copilot approach
  • Too much focus on technology without a clear change and adoption plan
  • Unclear positioning within existing service portfolios
  • Consultants eager to deliver but lacking hands-on experience
  • Leadership teams wanting results but missing a structured roadmap

To solve this, TD SYNNEX partnered with Frank Vanhamel (Art of Inspiration) and Microsoft to create The Mountain of Copilot. It is a structured journey that transforms Copilot confusion into clarity, and clarity into measurable business impact.

Why this track is needed

Artificial intelligence is no longer a next step. It is the step that decides whether partners accelerate or fall behind.
Those who view Copilot as a simple feature will struggle. Those who treat it as a strategic capability are already ahead.

Successful AI adoption relies on three pillars:
  1. Strategy: Clear positioning, packaged services and a go-to-market motion that combines technology with change management.
  2. Enablement: Consultants with deep Copilot knowledge who can translate ideas into real customer scenarios.
  3. Execution: A commercial engine that generates pipeline and closes Copilot deals.

The Mountain of Copilot is built around these three pillars.

TRACK 1:

Building Your Copilot Go To Market Strategy

Partners often ask: How do we integrate Copilot into our offering without reinventing our entire business? Track 1 guides participants through building a complete and aligned Copilot Go To Market strategy.

Workshop Breakdown
  • Workshop 1: Kick off (27th February)
Introduction to the full journey and Copilot inspiration.
  • Workshop 2: GTM Technology (20th March)
Inspiration and guided development of a technology-focused Go To Market strategy.
  • Workshop 3: GTM People and Change (3rd April)
Adding Prosci and ADKAR based change enablement to ensure sustainable customer adoption.
Outcome

By the end of Track 1, partners have:

  • A complete Copilot Go To Market strategy
  • Alignment between sales, pre sales and delivery
  • A commercial motion that is ready to generate pipeline
  • Access to co-sell support from TD SYNNEX and Microsoft to close initial Copilot deals

TRACK 2:

Copilot and Copilot Studio Deep Dive

While leaders and sales teams focus on strategy, delivery teams build capability. Track 2 transforms consultants into confident Copilot specialists.

Workshop Breakdown
  • Deep Dive M365 Copilot plus Change and Adoption (24th April)
Hands-on learning of M365 Copilot, governance, agent types and adoption frameworks.
  • Deep Dive Copilot Studio and Build Your Own Agent (19th May)
A practical day where consultants build real agents, such as CRM agents, and learn about licensing, credits and integration options.
Outcome

Your delivery team will be able to:

  • Implement M365 Copilot in customer environments
  • Build and deploy Copilot Studio agents
  • Translate customer workflows into AI powered automation

Together, Track 1 and Track 2 form a complete path from strategy to execution.

From Inspiration to Execution: Why This Matters Now

Copilot evolves rapidly. Features such as Agent Mode, Work IQ, enhanced Studio capabilities and deeper integration across Microsoft 365 apps arrive at high speed. Partners who do not upgrade their skills and commercial motions risk losing competitiveness.

Market data confirms that organizations with trained teams and structured AI governance adopt Copilot up to three times faster and generate significantly more customer engagement.

The Mountain of Copilot prepares partners for this acceleration.

Ready to Climb?

Partners who join commit to the full track. True transformation requires structure, consistency and momentum. In return, they gain a competitive advantage in a fast moving AI market.

Join us at the foot of the mountain on the 27th of February and we will reach the summit together.
