Promotions & Financial Incentives
- 30% Copilot Discount: A new offer for customers purchasing 300+ annual Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses, provided they maintain 80% information worker coverage.
- Increased License Cap: The maximum license cap for CSP promotions (including M365 E3/E5 and Copilot) has been raised from 2,400 to 9,999 seats, easing friction for large-scale deals.
- Security Immersion Briefings: Partners can now conduct unlimited briefings for SMB customers (targeting Defender and Purview Business Premium) to drive security revenue.
Program Updates & Benefits
- Expanded Partner Benefits: As of Feb 13, new packages include increased Azure credits and enhanced access to Copilot Studio, Microsoft Entra, and Intune suites.
- Streamlined Specializations: Requirements for SAP on Azure and Azure VMware Solution (AVS) have been simplified. Notably, Broadcom certifications and specific technical assessments are no longer mandatory.

Technical Transitions & Deadlines
- API Retirement: The unbilled invoice reconciliation API v1 retires on March 15, 2026. Partners must migrate to API v2 immediately to avoid billing disruptions.
- Azure Price List Delay: The Modern Azure price list for March is delayed until March 2, 2026 (5:00 PM PST).
- Sentinel Portal Transition: The sunset date for the Microsoft Sentinel Azure portal experience has been extended to March 31, 2027.
- File Format Change: Legacy Azure price lists have transitioned from .xlsx to .csv as of March 1.
Critical Fixes
- Margin Correction: An issue where margins for Business Basic + Copilot bundles were published at 0% has been fixed. Refunds for impacted transactions (Feb 1–7) will be processed automatically.
- Validation Fix: Partner Center now correctly recognizes the Business Premium + Copilot bundle as a valid prerequisite for Advanced Security add-ons.
