As AI becomes essential for growth and productivity, we’re making adoption easier than ever. Copilot Business will be available as standalone, as well as a bundled offer with Microsoft 365 Basic, Standard, and Premium—a single, all-in-one solution for secure, AI-powered productivity.
To make getting started even easier, we’re also introducing limited-time, introductory offers with savings of up to 35%. These offers are built for organizations with up to 300 users.
To drive SMB AI adoption, these new offers are available on December 1, 2025:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot Business: A new SKU designed specifically for SMBs, available for up to 300 users at $21 per user per month.
- M365 Business + Copilot Bundles: New bundled offers that combine Microsoft 365 Business (Basic, Standard, or Premium) with Copilot Business into a single SKU.
- Introductory Pricing: To accelerate adoption at launch, we’re introducing promotional pricing led by our hero motion: M365 Business + Copilot bundles. These offers will run December 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026:
- 15% off M365 Copilot Business for one to 300 licenses ($18 pu/pm)
- 35% off M365 Business Standard & Copilot Business for 10 to 300 licenses ($22 pu/pm)
- 25% off M365 Business Premium & Copilot Business for 10 to 300 licenses ($32 pu/pm)
- 50% off Purview Suite for Business Premium ($5 pu/pm)
