Grow your Norton business with Empower
The Norton Empower Reseller Program helps you sell Norton Cyber Safety products, manage customer subscriptions and earn revenue from eligible renewals.
What you get:
- Simple management: Track licenses, orders, activations, subscriptions and renewals in the Empower Reseller Portal.
- Revenue opportunities: Earn up to 25% revenue share on eligible Norton Empower-enabled products when customers renew through the Norton eStore, for up to three successive renewal years. Upgrades, cross-sells and product transfers may qualify, subject to program terms and eligibility.
- Sales support: Access product information, campaign materials and point-of-sale resources.
- Easy administration: Where direct ordering is authorised, order products and download product keys through the portal. Monitor revenue share and submit eligible claims in the same place.
How it works:
- Contact your TD SYNNEX representative to confirm eligibility, onboarding requirements and available products.
- Purchase eligible Norton products or product keys through TD SYNNEX.
- Sell and register them according to program requirements.
- Track subscriptions, renewals and revenue share in the Empower Reseller Portal.
- Submit claims when the applicable threshold is reached.
Revenue-share rates vary by geographic location and membership level; your applicable rate is shown in the portal. The minimum claim threshold is USD 100 or the local-currency equivalent, with claims available every 30 days. Missing transactions may generally be submitted within 10 months, subject to verification.
