When a Kyocera toner is empty, customers can simply return it to Kyocera’s certified recycling partner. From collection to final recycling, Kyocera manages the entire process free of charge for all customers across Europe. Every ECOSYS printer or multifunctional purchased through Kyocera Document Solutions Belgium’s official distributors comes with a 3-year on-site warranty, ensuring reliable performance day after day. The warranty includes on-site support, with a qualified Kyocera technician dispatched quickly to resolve any issue. Naturally, the warranty is subject to a fair use policy, which customers can find in the user manual. More info about the warranty conditions can be found here.
When it’s time to request warranty service, the process is simple. Through Kyocera’s online portal, your customer can easily specify the model and describe the issue — after which Kyocera will contact them directly, saving you time and effort.

The upgrade of warranty through a KYOlife or Shopcontract overrules the standard warranty with next business day and for the period extension.

The Kyolife support can be purchased within 12 months of the original purchase date of the products and cover will commence from the product purchase date.
Kyocera Shop Model
Shopcontracts must be registered within the first 3 months after purchasing the product and before the starter toner is finished. This is one of the many benefits the Shop Model tool has to offer resellers.

They say “seeing is believing,” and while many of your customers can imagine how a printer or multifunctional works, a live demo can give them that extra push to make a purchase. That’s why Kyocera always offers a set of demo models that you can display in your showroom for your customers to see. A different set of devices is available and can be requested through TD SYNNEX.
When you receive a demo device, the main condition is that it is made available for your customers to view during visits. The name says it all: TASK represents “job,” while Alpha, the first letter of the Greek alphabet, stands for “the most useful.” This powerful line of multifunctionals is designed to meet your business needs, helping your customers become more productive, efficient, and agile, while providing all the benefits of Kyocera’s robust and innovative technology.
For A3 devices, TD SYNNEX provides a dedicated, value-added service including over 15 years of experience, a fully trained and dedicated team, a portal to track all actions from order to delivery, and specialized on-site services such as delivery, installation, and connection. TASKalfa ensures businesses receive the performance, reliability, and support they need from start to finish.
TASKalfa Reseller Conditions & Procedure
Resellers approved by Kyocera Document Solutions Belgium gain access to TASKalfa pricing via TD SYNNEX after evaluation. A click contract through the Kyocera online Shop Model is required, and all offers to end-users must include delivery by TD SYNNEX, installation, and a contract managed by Kyocera.
TASKalfa operates as a protected market. Before making an offer, resellers must verify the end-user’s VAT number using the shop model tool. If the end-user is already assigned to another agent or dealer, no offer can be made. Once registered, the end-user is protected for 6 weeks.
All offers (hardware, delivery, installation) are processed through TD SYNNEX. After contract signing, TD SYNNEX releases the hardware, and Kyocera coordinates installation and training at the end-user site.
