By connecting to the UPS via SmartConnect, your customer always sees when it’s time for a firmware update, how the UPS is being used and when the warranty expires.

All devices that support SmartConnect are automatically equipped with an Ethernet port to connect the UPS to the cloud. This way, your customer gets the most out of his investment and you earn a nice up-sell.

Green Premium: a guarantee of sustainability

Many devices in APC’s UPS lineup carry a “Green Premium” label. This means that the device has received a Product Environmental Profile (PEP) from APC, describing how the product has been made more sustainable. In addition, all devices with this label contain an End-of-Life Instruction (EoLI), so your customer knows how the device can be recycled and what steps they must take to do so. In addition, Green Premium devices are always developed in the way required by European laws and regulations around sustainability, so they always fit within your and your customer’s sustainability strategy.
