The services are available on three levels: Onsite Support, Premier Support, and Premier Support Plus. The latter two include onsite repair from Onsite Support, but offer extras like a direct line to Lenovo’s best technicians and proactive scans for potential future maintenance. You can also expand these licenses with add-ons, including Accidental Damage Protection.
