Intel® has launched the latest generation of Xeon® processors: Intel® Xeon® 6th Gen. Intel® couldn’t have chosen a better time to release this new generation of processors, given the rapid growth in demand for AI-focused technology.
To ensure the right balance between performance and efficiency, there are different versions of the 6th Gen Xeon® processors, each specialized for different types of workloads. Processors with more P-Cores (Performance) are tailored to deliver sustained high clock speeds, ideal for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. For workloads that require consistent, less demanding processing, the ideal Intel® Xeon® processors feature more E-Cores (Efficiency).
