What is the Young IT Talent community?

We at TD SYNNEX have passion for IT and our employees. Just as IT is always evolving, so are the young IT employees of today.

With the Young IT Talent community, we want to provide opportunities for young potentials in the IT sector. Sharing job offers across different departments, branches and brands in the IT sector, networking with IT enthusiasts and potential employers, and having a lot of fun are just a couple of initiatives we stand by.

Besides the Young IT Talents, we also want to create a network for IT employers so they can reach out to the right people at the right time.

Why do we build this community?

We are building this community to bring Young IT Talents in touch with like-minded people, jobseekers and job searchers, and future employers. With this community, we want to inform and train Young IT potentials and allow them to build and expand their network.

But we have also created this community with an eye for IT employers. It’s not easy to find the right people for a job offer, and on top, it’s a real challenge to keep them. With our initiatives, we want to help both parties and have some parties that will contribute to this goal.
