“My work is very exciting and diverse”
I started as an administrative assistant in the Advanced Solutions team, initially supporting my colleagues with general admin tasks. After that, I specialized in managing specific software cases (orders, invoicing, etc.).
Now, I’ve moved into a sales role within the Advanced Solutions team. It’s very exciting and diverse—besides handling software cases, I now also create quotes, manage IBM programs, and follow up with customers. It’s a real challenge, but I’m grateful for the opportunity. This experience has expanded my knowledge and may open doors to grow within the different business units at TD SYNNEX.
I can definitely recommend TD SYNNEX as an employer: there’s room for initiative and personal growth, and management truly values its people. “I enjoy making a difference in the company”
In the final year of my Bachelor’s in Accountancy – Tax, I wanted to do an internship in accounting at an international company. From the list of potential placements, TD SYNNEX immediately stood out, and I got the chance to join the Accounts Payable department. It was a great experience. During my internship, I heard one of the colleagues would be leaving, and I didn’t hesitate for a second to apply. I was able to start right after my internship.
In the meantime, I now work as a Financial Accountant. I enjoy the challenging deadlines during month, quarter, and year-end closings, as well as the process of finding improvements and airtight solutions. I think it’s important to make a real impact in the company—and with margin control and during closings, I certainly do. Every day brings something new, and I continue to learn and grow.
I highly recommend working at TD SYNNEX. I have amazing colleagues whom I also see outside of work. Former colleagues often tell me the atmosphere at TD SYNNEX is truly unmatched. The TD SYNNEX parties are legendary. What also touched me personally is how much colleagues support each other through thick and thin. I joined TD SYNNEX in 2017 as part of the Order Desk team in Aalst. The role came with a broad and varied set of responsibilities. I was ready for a new challenge, and during the job interviews, I quickly felt a connection with the position at TD SYNNEX. The sector was completely new to me and quite challenging due to the incredible diversity of products.
My integration went very smoothly, and the atmosphere here is truly refreshing. I’m very glad I made the move—no regrets at all.
TD SYNNEX doesn’t have “preferences.” Whether you’re a man or woman, young or more experienced, with or without a background in the field—everyone is given a fair chance. A balanced workforce is a clear priority here. That was definitely one of the factors that influenced my decision to join the company.

In 2011, I joined TD SYNNEX straight out of school—and what an adventure it’s been so far! I started out on the sales desk, which was the perfect way to get to know the ins and outs of TD SYNNEX and the IT distribution market.
Later, I was given the opportunity to join the Maverick AV Solutions team, where I immersed myself in the niche market of AV products and solutions. I began in a sales role, then moved into Business Development Management, and now I’m Team Leader. It’s been an exciting journey!
