Recap FUTURE ON

On the 17th of November, HYVE made a stop at the Verbeke Foundation in Kemzeke for the incentive-event FUTURE ON (the Future of Work-edition).

With a full house of Q3 incentive-winners we enjoyed an afternoon and evening program full of inspiring news and trends in Hybrid Work. After a guided tour in the magical world of contemporary art in the Verbeke Foundation we kicked off the conference with a welcome by Bart Roeland.

With a focus on trends and people management Isabel De Clercq gave very dynamic insights in how to get the best out of our teams and co-workers. Sven Berckmoes from Maverick gave his view on the logical evolution of hybrid meetings. 

After that Partick Viaene from Microsoft gave his take on developments in hybrid working and best practices from a Microsoft perspective. And Sara Cauwenbergh from Indeed finished off with the latest insights of the job market and tips on how to recrute anno 2022.
