We are proud to announce that our TD SYNNEX PartnerFirst platform is now live. This digital experience was designed to simplify how we work together and accelerate your business growth. What does this mean for you? Simple: all your TD SYNNEX logins are now unified into a single set of credentials. With this Single Sign On, you are able to access all of our applications and tools from a single platform.
One SSO to connect all our platforms
PartnerFirst brings TD SYNNEX digital offerings, applications, and services together in one intuitive experience. As part of this evolution, the InTouch and Software Store names are being retired, though all functionality will remain within PartnerFirst. Use SSO, with MFA as an additional security layer, to log in to our eCommerce environment, StreamOne® Ion, Channel Academy and other platforms, all from one unified interface.
Please note: for now, your TD SYNNEX Connect login will continue with a separate set of credentials, and will be integrated into your SSO at a later date.

We’ll make sure you can get started right away
You do not need to take any additional action to create your TD SYNNEX PartnerFirst login. On Saturday, June 6, we will automatically migrate your login to a unified account that provides access to all TD SYNNEX tools, with the exception of TD SYNNEX Connect, using a single set of credentials.When you sign in with your updated account for the first time, you may be asked to complete one additional step:
- If you have previously used InTouch or Channel Academy, but have not yet used StreamOne® Ion, you will need to activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as a one-time setup. We support both Authenticator Apps (TOTP) and FIDO2 (Passkeys).
- If you did not have an InTouch account before the introduction of TD SYNNEX PartnerFirst, but did have an account for StreamOne® Ion or one of our other applications, you will need to sign the agreement for our eCommerce platform before you can access it.
If neither of the above applies to you, you can continue to sign in after June 6 using the same credentials you used before the migration and continue working with the tools you are already familiar with.
