As your customer’s partner, you offer much more than just equipment. You primarily want your customer to confidently work with their IT infrastructure, without having to do much work yourself. That’s why there are Lenovo Services, which you can effortlessly offer with every device.

The services are available on three levels: Onsite Support, Premier Support, and Premier Support Plus. The latter two include onsite repair from Onsite Support, but offer extras like a direct line to Lenovo’s best technicians and proactive scans for potential future maintenance. You can also expand these licenses with add-ons, including Accidental Damage Protection. You can order all these licenses directly via our eCommerce platform InTouch, but due to the number of licenses available, this can be quite a task. We are happy to assist you with personal advice.
