Even if your customer is out of scope make sure to cross-check with Safeonweb@work, an initiative of the CCB, to make sure your customer is in line the Belgian NIS2 law or if changes occur in the scope.

The NIS2 law seeks to enhance cybersecurity, incident management, and oversight for entities that deliver essential services crucial to maintaining critical social or economic functions. Additionally, it aims to better coordinate public cybersecurity policies.
