Mid-February 2025, the order processing in our warehouse in Aalst will be further automated. Through an innovative way of packaging, we can process orders more efficiently and sustainably.

The plastic filler material is being replaced with cardboard filling. This reduces the risk of microplastics ending up in the environment.
Change in the
delivery note
The printed delivery note on the packaging will be shortened and printed double-sided. This reduces the amount of paper and ink needed for the label.
Delivery note preferences
The delivery note on the packaging will no longer include serial numbers. However, you can still consult the serial numbers as before through the invoice or on InTouch. If you would like to receive detailed delivery information via email, please fill in your preference on the response form below.
