How long is the promotional discount valid?

Does this promotion apply to renewals of Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Promotions are not applicable to existing subscriptions at renewal. This discount is available only for new subscriptions with a minimum of 10 seats.

Can existing customers add seats with the 15% discount?
