Overview
During the TD SYNNEX MEET-IT Select event, Geert Kuijken presented on the topic of “HPE Agentic AIOps: IT Optimization with a Sustainable Edge.” The presentation focused on how HPE’s AI-powered solutions can optimize IT operations, enhance efficiency, and support sustainable practices.
HPE GreenLake Intelligence
Geert Kuijken began by introducing HPE GreenLake Intelligence, an AI-powered system of agents designed to optimize workload, energy use, and app performance. This system is trained on real operations data and can act with full-stack context and awareness. The benefits of this system include faster problem-solving, continuous efficiency optimization, and increased team productivity.
Hybrid Operating Model
Next, Kuijken discussed the hybrid operating model, which integrates various workloads, including traditional, cloud-native, and AI/ML-based workloads, across multiple vendors and cloud environments. This model emphasizes a multi-vendor, multi-cloud hybrid operating model that operates across any cloud, any runtime, any workload, and any location.
HPE CloudOps Software Suite
The presentation then moved on to the HPE CloudOps Software Suite, which powers cloud operating models with operational intelligence and governance. This suite is compatible across any cloud, runtime, or workload and includes components like HPE Morpheus, HPE OpsRamp, and HPE Zerto.
Workload and Capacity Optimization
Kuijken also highlighted the importance of workload and capacity optimization. This involves providing data-driven insights for efficiency, forecasting, and risk reduction. The service is available as a free offering on the HPE GreenLake platform.
HPE Zerto Software
Finally, the presentation covered HPE Zerto Software, which enhances data protection with continuous data protection (CDP), real-time ransomware detection, and automated recovery. This software supports applications distributed across various cloud environments.
