For four unforgettable days, you’ll experience spectacular activities: from floating in a fjord to snowmobiling through the Lyngen Alps. Relax in a lodge by the Arctic Ocean, enjoy dinners with views of fjords and mountains, and end your evenings under a sky filled with dancing green lights. Program Overview 

Day 1 – Arrival in Oslo 

• Group flight to Tromsø 

• Transfer to the Lyngen Experience Lodge 

• Optional: fjord cruise aboard a fishing boat with your own catch served for dinner 

• Check-in and welcome dinner with views of the Lyngen Alps 

Day 2 – Arctic Experiences 

• Group breakfast at the lodge 

• Floating experience: drift in the fjords wearing a special survival suit 

• Lunch and free time (sauna, jacuzzi, or winter hike) 

• Dinner at the lodge 

• Evening excursion with a guide to a remote location to admire the Northern Lights, complete with campfire and warm drinks 

Day 3 – Adventure and Nature 

• Breakfast at the lodge 

• Free time or optional: snowmobile adventure through the Lyngen Alps 

• Lunch and relaxation 

• Snowshoe hike through the winter landscape, optionally under the Northern Lights in the evening 

• Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge

• This campaign runs from September 15 through December 12, 2025.
• To participate, you must register via the Dell Go Offline registration page no later than November 28, 2025.
• Once registered, you will receive a personal target based on Dell Enterprise revenue (all server and storage solutions) at TD SYNNEX Belgium.
• To qualify for the trip, you must achieve the target during the campaign period.
• Only, by TD SYNNEX invoiced Dell Technologies orders during the campaign period, count toward your target.
• Achieving the target does not guarantee participation in the trip. If more partners achieve their target than there are available tickets (4), priority will be given to those who have achieved the highest overscore against the target.
• Winners will be notified shortly after the campaign ends. Each winner will receive one ticket. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
• One entry per company – verified via TD SYNNEX customer number. TD SYNNEX and Dell Technologies reserve the right to deviate from this rule if a company has multiple customer numbers. If in doubt, please contact your TD SYNNEX representative.
